"The federal government will pay for Medicare-for-All in exactly
the same way it pays for anything else. It will make electronic
payments into the bank accounts of health care providers.
It will never face any financial constraint upon its ability to
make these payments. As with any other form of federal government
spending, it will only be constrained by the ability of the U.S.
economy to produce the goods and services needed to meet the
demand for health care."
